Sr. Learning IT Support Analyst

The** Sr. Learning IT Support analystt** is a part of a global cross-functional team within AstraZeneca’s Enabling Units IT - Learning & HR IT Guadalajara team.
Working under mínimal supervision, the Senior Learning Technology Support Analyst will act as a technology Subject Matter Expert on global projects with a high degree of complexity, typically with more than one deliverable, and a large scope, being accountable for supporting the Global Learning Tools correct functionality, configuration and documentation, besides project deliverables and timelines. The individual in this role will partner with global stakeholders to support AstraZeneca’s learning solutions to enhance organizational capabilities, reinforce AstraZeneca processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
