Piper Companies is currently looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD) to work for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Maintenance Technicianinclude:
·Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems (BAS)
·Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on critical building infrastructure
·Respond to service requests, alarms, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner
·Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs, upgrades, and inspections
Qualifications for the Sr. Maintenance Technicianinclude:
·5+ years of maintenance experience within GMP regulated pharmaceutical environments
