About Our Client
Our client is a major global manufacturer and distributor of automotive tires, batteries, and lubricants and other automotive parts and components

Job Description
Own the integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger (GL) including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Ensure all accounting entries, accruals, allocations, journals, reclassifications, and reversals are conducted in accordance with corporate policy and applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) across Europe & America entities.
Implement and enforce best practices for GL maintenance, reconciliation, and classification to support reliable financial reporting.
Monitor and resolve complex accounting issues and discrepancies, escalating as needed with recommended solutions.
