Job Description

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
 : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related financial field required; CIA, CPA, CISA or willingness to pursue certification preferred
Minimum of 8 years of auditing experience or related business experience required; Experience within the mutual fund or financial services industry preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) required
Experience conducting operational/process audits preferred
Experience with data analytics concepts/tools preferred
MAJOR DUTIES:
Assist in developing the department’s methodology for assessing risk within the Company and its business units; participate on risk management committees.
Assist in the development of an annual risk based audit plan that incorporates a continuous assessment of risks, the Company’s/Funds’ goals, and input from Senior Management and the Audit Committees.
