Our AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team is looking for a results-oriented leader to manage and lead the team responsible for the operational support, performance management, supplier development, and lifecycle management of key AWS Compute and AI/ML products. In this role you will lead internal engagements across Supply Chain, Engineering and Business organizations while diving deep into the technologies and operations both from a product and technology perspective. You will lead the Strategic Sourcing and working closely with Product operations, Hardware engineering, Service owners, Manufacturing Design Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop. You will analyze trends involving the industry players – vendors, customers, and technology to develop strategies to secure supply, reduce cost, minimize risk, and utilize emerging opportunities, allowing AWS to meet and exceed its goals.
