Sr. Manager of Machine Learning / AI

Overview Swoon is actively seeking a Machine Learning/AI Manager to join the team! What your day-to-day will look like Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI and Machine learning systems, including LLM-powered applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-world impact. Architect and oversee retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI systems that generate, analyze, and reason over complex legal documents and workflows. Manage and mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers including managers, driving technical excellence, career development, and high-performing team outcomes. Remain hands-on with coding and system design, including reviewing pull requests, contributing to architecture decisions, and guiding implementation of AI solutions.
