Job Description
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage reliability activities through MRP or RSP contracts to ensure customer contractual commitments are fulfilled
- Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, evaluation, coaching and counseling
- Harmonize and develop program structures across the region in line with market expectations
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of John Crane strategic initiatives and objectives
- Drive internal and external contract performance improvement through the use of appropriate KPIs
- Actively promote Environmental Health & Safety throughout the team, ensuring EHS is a goal for all employees and that all EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with defined responsibilities
- Promote a consultative sales approach in onsite teams and identify growth opportunities in contract sites
