Sr. Manager-Sales (Retail Shops | Real Estate)

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead the sales of retail/commercial shops across our premium residential projects. You will be responsible for driving sales of retail shops/commercial spaces across projects. The role involves lead generation, client handling, CP Handling, investor management, and closure of high-value retail deals while ensuring strong pipeline and inventory movement. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of retail shops inventory across projects. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Focus on investor sales, HNI clients, and business owners. Generate leads through direct channels, CPs, brokers, and references. Ensure high conversion ratios through effective follow-ups and negotiations. Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
