Job Description
Responsibilities
This role will report to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and will align with her to execute area priorities and business projects. Based on this alignment and direction, this person will manage the strategy team and work closely with the LATAM executive leadership team to help plan and develop long‑term goals and short‑term objectives. He/ she will support the execution of regional business plans and key initiatives, track competition and identify threats and opportunities, and report progress while analyzing issues that affect productivity, profitability, and growth.
Qualifications
- MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting would be preferred.
- At least 8 years of general business work with experience in strategy development and business planning with strong facilitation skills.
