Job Description
- Provide technical support to the New Materials Business Group, with a focus on paints, coatings, and composite materials used in construction, automotive, and railway applications. Ensure alignment with industry and railway standards including RDSO , ICF , RCF , MCF , CLW , and Vande Bharat specifications.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to support product development, scale-up activities, and successful implementation of projects.
- Plan, design, and execute laboratory experiments and trials related to assigned projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
