Job Description
The Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as the country HR leader for Colombia, partnering closely with the Country Manager and local leadership team to drive the people agenda in alignment with business priorities.
As a strategic HR Business Partner, this role plays a critical part in enhancing organizational effectiveness, contributing to accelerate talent development, supporting business transformation, and ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience aligned with regional and global HR strategies.
+ 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and generalist experience.
+ Experience within multinational organizations; exposure to matrixed environments strongly preferred.
+ Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
+ Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
