- Directs and co‑ordinates project activities.
- Reviews contract documents.
- Co‑ordinates mobilisation/demobilisation of offshore resources.
- Resourcing requirements.
- Planning package.
- Project monitoring system.

- Safety & QA/QC plans.
- Supervises subordinate Engineers.
- Mobilization / Demobilisation plan.
- Represents NPCC with third parties.
