The Sr Manager Packaging Innovation is the technical expert lead for luxury packaging innovation, focusing on new materials, breakthrough technologies, sustainability advances, and next‑generation luxury experiences. Continuously scouts emerging technologies, industry trends, and luxury competitor innovations, proactively generating and proposing innovative and future‑fit packaging concepts (BlueSky) that strengthen La Prairie’s leading position in luxury skincare innovation. Drives the end‑to‑end development of innovative packaging solutions in close collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with legal, quality, strategic, cost, and market requirements, while securing feasibility for filling and packing operation, including complete documentation (SAP, SOPs, testing, regulatory data, specifications, etc.) before handover to Industrialization and Manufacturing teams.
