Job Description
The Role
- Senior individual contributor leading complex, sensitive, and high-risk performance accountability cases across regions
- Acts as SME, partnering with managers, HRBPs, Legal, and regional leaders to ensure consistent and compliant outcomes
- Drives high-quality case management across both informal and formal performance stages
- Contributes to defining standards, improving processes and tools, and enhancing overall function effectiveness
- Mentors and supports Specialists to strengthen capability and consistency across the team
Hybrid Requirements
Position required to be on site 3x/week.
