Sr. Pre-Construction Manager, D&C

Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to serve as Amazon's senior owner's representative during the preconstruction phase of facility delivery. In this role, you will autonomously manage complex, cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects — from site selection and validation through design management, permitting, and contract execution — for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives across your assigned region.
You will own project budgets, oversee design management end-to-end, select and manage external vendor partners, and lead project procurement — while partnering with internal teams including Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance, and Construction, and external stakeholders including architects, engineers, developers, landlords, and permitting agencies.
