Sr Process Engineer (Power) - 1st shift

Lead the definition, development, and execution of robust assembly and manufacturing processes for power connectors and cable assemblies across product development, production line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing. Partner closely with Product Development Engineering to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, scalability, and long‑term production stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and release assembly and manufacturing processes during production line transfer
• Support the Engineering Manager in defining assembly process flow, station content, and technical requirements
• Develop and standardize press and applicator setup parameters
• Execute and document crimp validation activities (crimp height, pull force, microsections)
• Provide technical support during line ramp‑up and sustaining production
