Keep adherence to PDP requirements while introduce new products and guarantee Engineering Changes (EC) are proper implemented at Monterrey Compressor Plant.
Leading NPI implementations on plant, coordinating the rest of the team providing direction.

- ** Responsible of new products introduction and continuous product improvement.

- ** Generates cost reduction ideas (VA/VE) developing actions to achieve savings goals.

- ** Assure information to build compressor is at their latest revision level maintaining constant communication with Engineering Design Centers Manage & provide direction on major Eng projects (savings/NPI/improvement)**:
