Sr. Product Manager, Customer Payments – Brampton, ON

The Senior Manager is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end payment strategy across physical retail and digital commerce channels. This role bridges the gap between point-of-sale technology, digital/eCommerce platforms, merchant acquirers, and in-store operations to ensure secure, compliant, efficient, and scalable payment experiences for customers and internal teams. The role partners closely with POS application teams, Digital/eCommerce teams, IT architecture, and external payment providers to deliver seamless payment capabilities that support both in-store and virtual retail experiences. The role also evaluates and leverages emerging technologies — including agentic AI and intelligent automation — to improve payment operations, decisioning, customer experience, and risk management.
