Sr. Project Engineer - Electrical Design

Job Description:

This position is responsible for designing Electrical systems for mining machines and associated equipment. The role involves control panel design, Cable harness design and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Design and develop electrical systems for LV panels and VDC control system

Oversee creation of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for control panels.

Integration of Electrical system with Cabin, Operator panel, Engine controls, Lights, safety systems, Hydraulic systems

Design of system architecture, PLC I/O signal list, CAN bus layout

Selection and sizing of electrical circuit brakers, Fuse, Relays and Components

Designing electrical control box, distribution box, Operator panels

Integration of all the control components as per the system architecture and cable routing
