The role is primarily focused on exceeding client expectations through proactive planning and preparation, including project schedule, effective sub & vendor management, addressing field issues, timely project close-out and managing finances. Engagement will start from pre-construction; sub & vendor leveling, to final client, sub & vendor close-outs, and service contract/future opportunities with the client and building.
