We are seeking a Quality Manager based in Beasley, TX. The QA Manager is a hands on working manager who works with minimal supervision to establish systems and processes to ensure products are manufactured and tested in compliance with internal and external standards and meets customer expectations. You will measure and report on performance and trends in product quality and take the lead in continuous improvement, and analyze quality issues and non-conformances and documents all corrective and preventive actions. This individual should leads by example to establish a customer focused (internal and external) Quality Team.

• Maintain HPC’s ASME and NB Code Stamps/Certifications
• Conducts internal audits to ensure conformance to required quality
