Job Description

The Senior Sales Compensation Planning Analyst is responsible for driving the implementation and management of the sales compensation plan to motivate ResMed’s sales force to achieve sales goals, providing recommendations on quota methodology, and providing on-going reporting and analysis of key factors impacting sales compensation plans

Partner with Leadership to align the Sales Comp plan design and business strategy
Work with Sales and Operations leadership with Sales Coverage planning and modeling
Help design and revise compensation plans that attract and retain top talent while aligning with our strategic goals and financial parameters
Conduct simulations and scenario analyses to forecast the impact of compensation changes
Calculates commission/incentive award payments to the Sales team based on Quota or Commission/SaaS comp plan structure
