The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, conducting security patrols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a secure environment at all times. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation skills, excellent judgment, and a professional approach to resident and guest interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras, access points, parking areas, and common facilities to identify and address security concerns.
- Manage visitor access procedures, verify identities, maintain vehicle logs, and enforce security protocols.
- Conduct routine patrols of the building, perimeter, basement, and other designated areas to detect security risks or safety hazards.
