Role OverviewOur Enterprise Data & Shared Services team is seeking a highly capable database administrator to support and maintain the daily activity of the database team related to data lakes, data warehouse and databases.As a database administrator, you will administer and implement standardized database management procedures for Snowflake and Databricks databases, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.ResponsibilitiesAdministrate Snowflake and Databricks environments.Identify, tune, and fix priority performance issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot related errors; coordinate support tickets.Implement security, roles, users, and privileges following best practices.Provide database/objects recovery as needed.Design and implement high performing, highly available data warehouse solutions.Create databases, schemas, tables, views, data sharing, and pipelines.Develop Snowflake/Databricks utilization, capacity, and cost plans; address abnormalities.Proactively design and automate p...
