The Sr. Specialist, Field Engineer, acts as our company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations, including customer and supplier facilities. This vital role supports hardware and software installation, as well as configuration and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems. The Field Engineer supports regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT) at company and customer locations. The Field Engineer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing customer requirements in L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development cycle and constantly maintains ForceX’s exceptional reputation through positive customer interaction.
