The Missile Solutions sector of L3Harris is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Lead Program Manager to drive high-performing Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) towards success on cutting-edge infrared (IR) sensor development and production programs. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams through every phase of the program lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and strategic management of cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives.

You will have the responsibility of directing all phases of programs from inception through completion, driving program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
