Sr. Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a Sr. Staff Accountant to support complex accounting activities for a mission-driven non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California. This position plays a key role in overseeing project-based financial operations across development, construction, and stabilized properties while ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, lenders, investors, and external auditors.
