We are seeking a Sr. Systems Development Engineer to develop transformative systems that will revolutionize facility design and deployment. Our technology portfolio includes computer vision solutions leveraging vision language models, autonomous robotics (ground and aerial), generative data analytics, and agentic workflow automation systems deployed across our global fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify and implement strategic technical solutions of AI/ML systems, autonomous robotics, and quality automation solutions.
- Identify and develop internal tooling to assist with departmental efficiencies. (AI tooling, Data analytics, agentic workflow assistants etc.)
- Contribute to product roadmaps and drive cross-functional execution priorities
- Identify and analyze tradeoffs between software design alternatives, including impact on performance, schedule, cost, risk, complexity, and scalability
