Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager - Américas

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional total talent strategy, including permanent, contingent, and early talent programs.
• Roll out operational talent processes tailored to local and regional needs.
• Partner with regional stakeholders and HR leaders to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead and govern third‑party partners supporting talent acquisition activities.
• Use data and insights to shape the hiring agenda and contribute to global talent strategy.
• Coach and develop a team of talent professionals (combination of direct reports and 3rd‑party resources) to support hiring across two regions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, leading at least America Latina, including partnering with senior stakeholders up to the executive level.
