Job Description
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional total talent strategy, including permanent, contingent, and early talent programs.
- Roll out operational talent processes tailored to local and regional needs.
- Partner with regional stakeholders and HR leaders to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Lead and govern third‑party partners supporting talent acquisition activities.
- Use data and insights to shape the hiring agenda and contribute to global talent strategy.
- Coach and develop a team of talent professionals (combination of direct reports and 3rd‑party resources) to support hiring across two regions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
