Lead talent acquisition integration initiatives for Japan, ensuring alignment with regional and global TA standards.Act as the primary TA partner to Japan business stakeholders, building trusted relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HRBPs.Manage vendor relationships, performance, and compliance within Japan; oversee Preferred Vendor List (PSL) adherence, contract governance, and vendor optimization.Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure seamless delivery and cultural alignment.2.
