Job Description Sr. Team Leader (Telecom SMB Hunting Business) Job Summary
The Sr. Team Leader Telecom SMB Hunting Business is a sales leader of professionals whose primary job is to acquire new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. The role includes driving revenues, developing business strategies and managing team performance towards meeting ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Manage a team of Senior Sales Executives & Sales Executives to acquire new SMB customers of telecom services and products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify prospective business opportunities, develop leads and convert them into long‑term customers.
- Build solid relationships with key decision‑makers in the SMB accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations to close deals.
