Knowledge in various areas of finance and accounting including ASC 606 Revenue Recognition, ASC 805 Business Combinations, ASC 842 Lease Accounting, and general ledger accounting is required. The professional must also possess good writing and verbal skills. An active CPA or in the process of attaining their CPA license with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
