On a daily basis, this person will support and maintain nationwide Avaya telecommunications environment across pipeline, storage, and production facilities. On a daily basis, this individual will troubleshoot communication issues, manage Avaya Communication Manager systems, and provide support for media gateways including G430 and G450 platforms. The role involves both field and office responsibilities, including hardware replacements, system upgrades, preventative maintenance, and supporting telecommunications projects across the Houston, Beaumont, Mont Belvieu, and surrounding areas.
