Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Trade Compliance Manager to join our team in Pune, India. 
The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of professional experience in trade compliance, international business, and import/export operations. 

This role requires a post-graduate qualification in International Business or a law degree, along with demonstrated expertise in managing people and leading complex projects.

Oversee and ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, including customs requirements and international trade laws.
Lead the implementation and management of Special Duty Incentive Programs and Free Trade Agreements to optimize operational efficiency and cost savings.
