Job Description

Position Summary: The Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and other areas in the region as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

Build relationship with Manheim Auction commercial team and management

Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system

Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails

Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders

Manage escalated Client Succes VINs with carriers and agents

Monitor holds and verification delays

Dispatch negotiation and a heavy understanding of sales tactics to increase margin

Action AutoIMS for Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, ETA’s

Following Up with carriers on several VINs daily

Process Fees and post assessorial charges to record
