• Lead the entire tender lifecycle-from identifying opportunities to timely final submission-while continuously improving bidding processes
• Generate precise costings from first-principle build-ups and conduct detailed quantity take-offs
• Apply strong technical knowledge of infrastructure works and methodologies to define project scopes and strategic pricing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling, high-quality tender documents that effectively communicate the company's value proposition
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, cross-check quantities to prevent omissions, and assess cost impacts (including value engineering and variations)
