Staff Accountant - Addison, TX

The Staff Accountant plays a key role within Malin’s Finance Department by supporting day‑to‑day accounting activities, month‑end close processes, The position provides hands‑on experience with general ledger maintenance, inventory accounting, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

* Prepare routine journal entries and perform account reconciliations
* Support the accounting team in month end close process and reporting
* Assist with daily inventory reconciliation and maintenance in alignment with sales operations.
* Support sales operations through processing Customer Sales Invoices, Vendor Credits and Buy-Outs.
