Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
In this position, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from processing transactions and reconciling accounts to working directly with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies. + Prepare and distribute invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders
+ Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and suppliers
+ Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
+ Follow up on outstanding balances as needed
