**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Ministers to the spiritual, psychological and emotional needs of patients, their families and staff. As members of multidisciplinary teams, they participate in the healing process of the whole person.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Master’s degree in Divinity or related field
+ Board-certification (APC, NACC, NAJC or equivalent) or eligible for board certification
+ Ordained, Licensed, or Commissioned by recognized denomination
