The Staff Complex Attendant plays a key role in creating a comfortable, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all team members residing in the staff accommodation. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization across accommodation areas while supporting daily housekeeping needs and ensuring smooth operations in line with the resort’s core values.

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas such as hallways, staircases, lounges, kitchens, washrooms, and recreation rooms.
• Clean and prepare vacant rooms for new staff occupancy.
• Ensure proper waste disposal, recycling, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain hygiene standards in all shared facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, furniture damage, etc.) to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
