Role OverviewThe role of the On-Boarding Consultant is to work directly with a customer in a consulting fashion to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements analysis for the successful implementation of their purchased solution(s).
This role will be within the On-boarding team where responsibilities will be shared with the Project Manager (on Enterprise projects), Product and Integration Specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesHands‐on role requiring a highly self‐motivated and solutions‐oriented individual.Understand customers complex business requirements, communicate implementation approaches.Be able to clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks and billable hours.Work closely with the Product and Integration teams to meet deadlines.Provide sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless hand over to Customer Success and Supp...
