An elegant long term care, skilled nursing facility located near Oak Square, MA is looking for a compassionate and professional Staff Development/Infection Control Nurse.
Responsibilities:Provides orientation/ongoing education to Nursing Staff.
May provide orientation/education for employees for various departments as indicated
Has the authority to formulate, affect, interpret, and implement management policies and operating practices with regard to Nursing responsibilities.
Performs administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, class attendance and subject records
Educate staff on new protocols/policy etc.
Be involved in/provide on unit education.
