This position will have a critical role in supporting local manufacturing through evaluation of alternate materials, processes and suppliers for continuous improvement and value engineering. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled engineer with a strong background in materials science and engineering. They will act as a local lead for both materials engineering and related central research and development teams, providing technical direction, development opportunities and oversight for a small team of engineers and technicians. They will coordinate across a network of global Carrier labs to maximize efficiency and drive consistency.
