Key Responsibilities
AI Infrastructure Enablement & Customer Support
Support AI infrastructure platforms used for semiconductor and HPC workloads, including Claude-enabled services via AWS Bedrock.
Debug, identify and fix, and resolve complex issues related to AI model access, performance, integration, and reliability.
Act as a senior technical point of contact for internal and external customers adopting AI solutions.
Partner with customers and internal application teams to onboard, enable, and optimize AI workloads.
AI agents development and market place deployment knowledge is a plus.<...
