The Staff Engineer - Technology Staging Strategy Planning is responsible for driving end-to-end technology readiness planning across PTD and slider factory. This role ensures alignment between technology development maturity, product roadmap requirements, and execution timelines. The engineer will lead staging strategy definition, prioritize development activities, and enable cross-functional coordination to ensure technologies are delivered on time with the required readiness level to support product ramps. Technology Readiness Planning: Define and manage technology staging strategy across PTD programs, ensuring alignment with ramp schedules.
