Job Description
Summary:
The Staff Engineer reports to the Director of Pipeline Integrity. This position involves diverse involvement in various aspects of the company’s business related to pipeline integrity, defect evaluations, and operations. This position requires periodic travel to field locations, training, and company meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·Support Integrity Engineers (IE) in all aspects of crack management. Areas of support include fracture mechanics models, material property evaluation, growth analysis, and fatigue analysis.
·Support the Company’s Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in risk assessment, data integration, anomaly evaluation, remediation programs, integrity program evaluation, and identification of preventive and mitigative measures.
