Staff Mobile Engineer

Impact

As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for building product features for our Member App across our mobile stack, shipping mobile capabilities that are reliable, measurable, and valuable to the business. You will lead projects and mentor engineers in the best practices of software development, leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow while maintaining strong engineering quality to build world-class, customer-facing mobile experiences.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

You have 7+ years of experience with React Native, including a strong understanding of the React component lifecycle and performance optimization.

You have strong experience in testing fundamentals (unit, integration, and e2e).

You have strong experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and asset health and observability tooling, such as Datadog or similar.
