- Assess, monitor, and record patients’ medical conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to physician orders.
- Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
- Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently.
