Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of work experience in a hospital setting, clinic, DOH, or Rural Health Unit after passing the board exam.
