Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a versatile product engineer who can build reusable components across the stack and advocate for the time and space needed to do so. As a product engineer at Ashby, you will ship features end‑to‑end at a high pace and own large portions of our products from research through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product development for large features, including research, specification, wireframing, coding, and integration.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Build reusable, high‑quality components and architecture that scale to tens of thousands of daily users.
- Mentor teammates on best practices, while focusing on delivering your own projects.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement of our engineering process.
